Modern episode done in TOS years

    To be honest, most of the standalone episodes from the first couple of seasons could do to some extent, even that dreaded clipshow ep from the end of season 2.

    Hmm...now that you mention it, "Shades of Grey" could actually be made interesting with Spock as the patient. They'd have to evoke strong emotion despite whatever subconscious safeguards he might have against it...clips would highlight occasions when he was under alien influence or otherwise let his emotions slip out.

    It should. But it doesn't change the fact that it feels like it could easily be an episode of TOS. :techman:
