Definitely worth a watch for his delivery of the topic material, which is first rate. The topic material is indeed a masterclass in of itself as well. That said, the modern day trend of swapping camera angles with or without slow-motion computer guided cameras every odd 10 or 0.5 second intervals seems worse than enduring strobe light effects. Not sure why so many shows feel a need to do that when it's more fun to concentrate on LeVar's message than to have background distractions vying for the viewer's attention. Thankfully his vocal cadence is sufficiently different from that background muzak, which simply isn't needed to begin with because his presentation is genuinely strong and engaging and inspiring enough in of itself that the audio drippings aren't needed. Maybe I'm half-deaf and his voice is really a lot louder and the background audio mixing isn't an issue. Regardless, the muzak seems pointless; he's discussing a great topic and not everyone is as engaging as he is from the get-go. I wish they'd have a separate edition, without the distracting and arguably detracting piano muzak and excessive camera angles -- LeVar is just as engaging, if not more so because nothing is distracting from the presenter of what the presenter's there to do. IMHO, YMMV.
