Not the start I was hoping for- way too many underperformers on my roster. Oh well, starting in last place means I have nowhere to go but up.

I would love to have a player with even 75% of the stats as Bautista. Had I known how badly most of my keepers were going to tank, I would've chucked them.

Yeah, I've been kicking myself about that one.

Here I was thinking he was going to be another Brady Anderson, looking to get some value out of him.

The only thing that makes this ok for me is that I'm a life-long Jays fan and I'm loving what he's bringing to the team this year.

I'm a Jays fan too, so we are united on that :)

Ugh, been an underwhelming first half for the Ken Walter Fan Club! Strange combination of the the injury bug and the sucktitude bug, just can't seem to put it together.

Statistically, been a bit of a strange year. Another 'year of the pitcher' maybe, but there's TONS of batters with dismal stats thus far. The kind of stats that would normally get them put in the minors if so many others weren't doing it. How many regulars aren't even batting .200? .225? Way more than I can remember recently...

My yearly league team's been doing well, but my TrekBBS team's been a rollercoaster ride. I'll win big one week only to get slaughtered the next. Just as well that I'm due for a bad week since I always seem to struggle the week of the All Star Game.

Odd that it seems like every year I end up playing Scout during the shortened week.

hate that half-week, it should just roll into the week after it, make it a longer contest. you're especially punished if you had anyone good on your team, as then your pitchers would have played in the AS game and might not be available right away for the games that count...

Geez.... I'm in a league on Yahoo with some other Braves fans and I'm getting the highest ERA of all time this week.

Guess they addressed my complaint; Instead of a half-week, it's now a week and a half marathon match!

Glad about the week and a half match. Had it been a short week, I would have lost 2-7-1. Now I have a whole week to play catch up.

But Yahoo still does the short week and once again I tanked in that week's match.

Congrats and good luck to the 6 teams that made the playoffs in the keeper league.

The only good thing about finishing 7th is that I can concentrate more on football (but I'll still try in the consolation bracket).

Maybe, I'm not done yet. Sucks to be the one to wreck the 3-way stranglehold, though :)

Just been a rough year, between injuries and under-performance, my team just never put it together...

3-5-2, couldn't quite get it done. Looks like I'm the first to break up the Big 3 :(

Nice, almost that time again. Scout's Swapshop is now open for business. Make me an offer, almost all players must go! No reasonable offer will be refused :)
