Yes and what is most impressive is that unlike 99.9 percent of actresses Jeri Ryan didn't coast on her looks and played the role perfectly. Best Voyager character besides EMH.

I did not much care for her when she was on the show. But I much like her character now, she was a quite interesting damaged character (as I feel the best characters on Trek tend to be the damaged ones). Though I wished they would have gotten rid of the ridiculously tight catsuit.
