"Spock's Brain". I have always loved this episode, ever since I first saw it in the mid-70s and heard that deathless line "'Brain' and 'brain'! What is 'brain'?" (lol)

Just watched "Elaan of Troyus" on local tv. Too much editing and they cut to a commercial mid-scene. How did Elaan get her necklace back? Doesn't Scotty still need the dilithium crystals? Maybe they created fake replacements for her.

Cause and Effect (TNG). I had forgotten that Dr. Crusher played a significant role in the episode. She was the one that figured most prominently in realizing that events were repeating.

And then at the end with Capt. Bateson I saw two female officers behind him yet in Diane Carey's novel Ship of the Line the USS Bozeman has an all male crew which is another reason to hate that crappy book. It doesn't even fit canon.

I was always partial to Unity. :techman:

Went downstairs and watched Shore Leave and The Galileo Seven from the original season one box set on my daughters 4:3 27" tube TV while reformatting her laptop.

I felt dirty after the experience. :guffaw:

Mmmhmmm, and what did you think of it more importantly...?

I just watched "Duet" which I hadn't seen in years. Absolutely loved it, the ending was so powerful, simply a fantastically crafted episode.

Boy, I had forgotten just how quickly Natira falls for McCoy. She's proposing marriage ten minutes after meeting him!

Not one of my favorites but I like the friendship we see with Riker and Worf. And I like that Beverly actually gets mad at Dr Russell, nice to see her feisty. Other than that, I really don't like it. I love watching Klingon based storylines but this one just doesn't cut it for me. I don't like the whole suicide solution to it and am glad that Riker didn't give in. It's one of those episodes I don't watch too often.
