Spock has a cool mom. Kirk is a butt-fu master. McCoy is hilarious.

    Loved this episode.

Voyager: Distant Origin simple concept and philosophy, but done feelingly and very effectively.

I'm now two seasons through my full Star Trek series/movie watch!

I heard Season 3 is awful at parts, much weaker than the first two seasons. I'll see how it goes.

There was a marathon on BBCA today.

How stupid was Kruge's crew that they didn't notice that the Enterprise had already been shot up. And that there was almost no crew on board.
Don't we scan enemy vessels anymore?

    STAR TREK: The Next Generation
    "Conundrum"

A very satisfying episode, on multiple levels, actually. For one, the show only has one guest star and is otherwise contained neatly onboard Enterprise, yet ... it still manages to be thoroughly entertaining! The way the main cast is utilised, here, is very good. I like it that Riker features so much, as he's my favourite character but everybody gets to shine. But the best part for me is seeing Ro falling for Riker. Her jealousy wasn't played up too much, but it was there and it was a very cute addition to her character! I wouldn't have taken her for the jealous type, as she's the hottest babe that has ever graced STAR TREK, but ... there it is. A solid episode, but hey ... if it's TNG, then it has to be good!

Sadly it was only an hour, but I wanted to see more.

It did seem much shorter than it needed to be.
