After Balthazar changes history and keeps the Titanic from sinking, Fate intervenes and begins killing those that would have died on the ship. Castiel tells Sam and Dean that Fate is very upset with the two of them and the only way they can stay alive is to kill her.

 

I was one of the people hoping for a western spin-off the show centered on Colt. Needless to say, I'm so looking forward to this episode.

I'm so used to Dorian starting these threads I did a double take.

I have found this season pretty ho-hum but I did read up on the final six episodes and I have to admit based on the descriptions the writers looks to have saved the best for the final six.

But judging from the promos, this week's episode looks pretty straight forward.

 

Well it was a bit of a virtual Freudian slip, I guess. I went to the CW site to see when it was coming back, watched the promo, noticed there wasn't a thread already on here, so I thought I'd help out a bit and start one, since Dorian pretty busy with her job at times. I had already closed the CW site window, so I went to IMDB to grab the title, picture and description. It turns out I grabbed the wrong one, by then it was too late. And well here we are. My apologies people.

 

Hey, ObiwanShinobi. Thanks for taking up my slack. I just set foot in the door. Work was a nightmare. Yeah, it's #17 tonight, not #18. It's all copacetic.

 

Are you sure there's a new episode tonight? I just turned it on and it looks like CW's airing Final Destination instead.

 

Ahhhh, a nice decapitation to start us off back from hiatus.

 

I enjoyed this one. I give it a B. It didn't do anything I hadn't seen before when it comes to changing history or about Fate a la Final Destination--it went so far as the bus runs down that one lawyer guy.

I liked seeing Ellen again too.

Next week looks like another fun outing.

 

You know what? I'm !@#$ing pissed... the past three episodes haven't recorded. There was a pre-emption for sports, a mess up in the feed, and now a loss of signal.

 

Awwww, that last scene with Bobby. Simple and effective.

I.P. Freeley saved the Titanic.... Castiel, you naughty, interfere with the prime directive angel. Fate looked like Reese Witherspoon in librarian's clothes. So, I guess she wasn't a Dean kind of librarian.

Castiel didn't have any problems lying to the brothers, did he? Even if they are his "favorite pets."

EDIT-and they did get the timing right, didn't they? The Titanic sank 99 years ago this morning.

 

You know, I think I'm the only female viewer who watches this show, and is in love with Bobby.

I just adore him.

 

I love Bobby. Bobby's got that lovable curmudgeon/teddy bear/protector/sex god combo going on. Hard mix to pull off, but he does it. Or it could just be that he has facial hair instead of the manscaping shit that I hate.

 

Man that sucks, I remember back in season 4 (the season I love the most) my local affiliate was always having problems. No picture some nights, no sound on others, static others, cutting off mid episode, ect. It drove me crazy.
