Oh I approve of you.. You should check out the "How is Janeway sexy" thread, there is a lot of beauty in there
Already seen it, and in the words of Johny Cash from U2's The Wanderer: I went out there In search of experience To taste and to touch And to feel as much As a man can Before he repents
Is there really a big debate about which hairstyle is best? Because I feel the "bob" of the later seasons is infinitely better than the bun and that weird ponytail/bun hybrid she wore in the middle seasons.
I think this was the most recent best hair poll? http://www.trekbbs.com/showthread.php?t=120635&highlight=janeway+hair+poll
I think I may be mixing up the seasons. This happens every time we discuss the hair Which was the shortest, that was my favorite.
The least wiggy? A wig is a lie. Saw something similar to this in a sitcom recently a black fellow says to his black girlfriend "I love you with or without your weave." France, it's like another planet.
Here's a little tour. [yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ugakpz7hNAI&feature=endscreen&NR=1&list=PL27B4FA12E3BB5596[/yt]
She must have done. In season 2 episode her hair goes bob-like, in the next one after its bunned up again and long. Either Kate Mulgrew grew ten inches more head hair in a week or she used a different wig. This sort of thing crops in later seasons, where the bob would grow shorter or longer with each episode. At least in DS9, Terry Farrell and Nana Visitor did not wear any wigs...
The bun was always a wig. Some one decided that janeway was going to look like that no matter how little hair the actress they hired had.
"Most" of the bun was a wig. It was a weave. No idea about the bob. Bob Picardo told "us" at a convention that ever since the horror that was China Beach that he's had a no toupee clause in all of his contracts.
I'm fairly certain that the bob was real, as most of the interviews I've seen of Mulgrew from the early seasons of Voyager showed her with short, bob-length hair. Am I the only one who finds it strange that they suddenly changed her hair in that season 2 episode 'Parturition' to the bob and then went back to the bun in the next episode?
Obviously Janewy was travelling in time and managed to achieve her mission with out clusterfucking and having to tell everyone that she wasn't who they thought she was and endangering the consitency of the itmeline. I mean seriously, Seska couldn't tell the difference between season 7 Chakotay and seaons 2 Chakotay in Shattered? It's almost like she never opened her eyes during sex with him?
