You can go back to the old format, HR. That's what I did anyway. Photobucket still says you have either deleted or moved the picture!
Huh, it was moved before I posted it. I guess our pals at Photo bouquet are confused, or at least their database is. Ack, no, it was the old URL. Hang on, I'll fix it.
I can't edit the earlier post so here's the fixed one (yes, the pic was moved and I had massive brain crampage).
The fine print indicates that the old way won't be there forever, so I foolishly went with the new. Gaaah! What a mess! I'm back to the old way for as long as it exists. Maybe there will be an uprising and we can keep it. Episode: Theme: Random Theme:
Very nice pics, and it's nice you see yours too, jespah. Here, here! I spent less than 10 minutes with the new version before I changed back.
I've been using the new and "improved" version of Photobucket for a weeks now, so I'm used to it. It took a while to figure out my way around it, though, and it's still not as intuitive as the old version was. I don't know why companies make changes like this just for the sake of change, and then have the gall to call it an improvement. A word of warning, by the way. When you go to upload images, make sure you specify which Library you want the pic(s) to end up in. It used to be that the pics would go straight to whichever library you were in when you clicked on Upload, but evidently that was too simple for TPTB at Photobucket.
That was one of the main reasons I went back to the old format. That, and the fact that I couldn't manage to drag the icons to another folder.
You also can't just double-click on an image to upload and have it upload. It will ask you if the picture you selected for upload is the one you want to upload. That's annoying. New, yes. Improved, no.
Well, now I'm obligated to vote for Miss Lemon in the ENT theme. Malcolm/Talas was one of the show's biggest missed opportunities.
Aha! She's trying to get me to vote for her in each theme to make up for an honest mistake. That's extortion! You all saw it!
Surely not! This is just a simple exchange of information which may elicit some form of future respon...errr...never mind. Lovely crisp evening isn't it? *walks away whistling* :-)
