    Marvel Studios vs Fox Studio

Marvel films have by and large with minimal exception stayed as true to the comics source as possible. Especially on something as easy as this. Strange will still be American I'd certainly wager. If for no other reason then it's that whole "they are all in NY" type thing.

Pfft. Strange speaks in such a formal manner that I wouldn't blink if the actor had a British accent. There's no shortage of people who live in America speaking in various accents anyway.

Cummerbund would be fantastic. It'd also be worth it to see the internet explode with "Benedict Cumberbatch cast as the Doctor..."

And? If I went to Greenwich Village I'm sure I could find someone there who relocated from Great Britain.

Cool. I've haven't seen of his stuff in ages, so I can't remember what I think of him as an actor, but he'd be pretty prestigious hire for Marvel if they can get him.

Absolutely. Hell, I lived in the Village for over a decade and I was born on the other side of the continent. Trust me, New York is not inhabited only by folks who were born there.

Yeah, in the Village you might find a Native American, a black cop and naval officer, a cowboy, a construction worker and maybe even a gay man in leather, er I mean a biker.

And is there a particular place where you might find those people hanging out together...?

Some sort of association for young men of a particular religious faith perhaps?

That sounds like a place that would be fun to stay at!

I'd rather join the Navy where I could sail the seven seas.

Phoenix is a good actor, but not an obvious choice for the part. I'm sorry Cumberbatch is busy. He would put my mind at ease.

Looks like too much of a macho man to me.

Doc Strange should be lean and geeky and angular. I still think that the guy from Haven could be a good bet, assuming he can play a role other than a wise ass.

Supposedly he turned down the offer to play Lex Luthor in BvS so this would be quite a coup for Marvel if he agrees to it.

He doesn't strike me as an obvious choice either but you could say the same for RDJ or Mark Ruffalo. I can live with it.
