    Since this is a thread about a movie based on a comic books, yes im counting comic books.

    TBH im more worried about the Quinjet.

    I just watched the Japanese trailer, and any doubts I had about this movie are now gone. I want it to be May NOW!

    there's also Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow in which Britain has a fleet of sky-carriers in the 1930s!

    LOL WTF! :lol: Dark Knight Rises will surely kick ass, but that contraption is a bit ridiculous looking! And yes the Hellicarrier taking off was ridiculously cool!

    Helicarriers are awesome. They've been part of the Marvel scene for as long as I've been reading back starting back in the late 60's. To go by wiki, Jack Kirby started using them in Marvel comics back in 1965 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Helicarrier

    This actually makes me want to see the movie in Japanese! And I don't even understand Japanese!!

    Wow, just watched the Japanese trailer... Why didn't they release that here? The new footage makes me all the more eager to see this movie. It looks great. I just hope that the rest of the film lives up to what we've seen thus far.
