Made ham-steak, veggie rice and mixed veggies (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower) for dinner. Strawberry yogurt for dessert.
meatball chilly made from angus meatballs and red beans you know kidney beans and then cooked for like five hours.. low simmer the last four hours. the beans are not crunchy anymore but the rice has ,, dissolved some.
Hubby took me to Fat Bao in Sugarland. WOW, that was so good stuff. I really liked the Spring Chicken Bao.
Homemade Aglia Olio with angel hair pasta, panseared shrimp in garlic butter and red peppers. Fanta cherry soda over ice. Oh, and a percocet.
