I finally read all four issues of 'Death of Wolverine.' Despite what others are saying here, I really loved his death. Sure it wasn't anything special, but then again most deaths aren't. I'm not the hugest fan of Wolverine, but I'm glad I read this mini-series (and yeah, I know he won't be dead for too long, lol).

Lets face it it was probably doomed since letting Loeb slaughter most of the universe back with Ultimatum.

Yep. Hickman revealed in his Reditt AMA earlier in the year that they were just waiting for Dustin to finish on the issues. I'm guessing this'll be announced for Jan as well?

Wow. The series took a full two year hiatus before finally finishing. That's gotta be a record.

There was nearly a 10yr gap between issue #93 and #94 of the Danny Ketch Ghost Rider ongoing. Marvel abruptly just ended the series in '98 with all their bankruptcy woes. The script and art were done they just never went to press with it till 2007!!

if Neil Gaiman gets to write more Miracleman then that may just be the biggest publishing gap.

He killed off Mayday Parker's parents.

i know it was rumored but i didn't know it was a done deal.

as for Mayday...if she survives Spider Verse i'll be happy. i have a feeling they will push the other female spider characters over her.

Guardians of the Galaxy #20: I still don't understand how/why Thanos got out of the Cancerverse. Is it just supposed to be a 'we didn't understand how things worked over there' kinda thing?

none of what Bendis wrote lines up with the DnA run. and if they can't die in the Cancerverse then why are they afraid of dying?

I don't remember the first two issues, but if they keep dying and resurrecting perfectly fine, then why was Nova dying and lost an arm?

Cancer is something that doesn't stop growing when it has no god damn right to.

Everyone has Wolverine's healing factor times 10,000 on top of out right resurrection.undyingitude powers.

Made no sense. A lot of issues to tell a story that would probably have worked better as just an Annual.

I'm just happy that the "door" (pun intended) is still open for Ryder's return down the road at some point.
