I would have to go with a Runabout, equipped with a transporter, sonic shower, and replicator. Sure it's not as sexy as saying the Enterprise or a Romulan Warbird, but the good thing is it only needs one person to operate it.
I forgot about the cellular regeneration and entertainment chamber. I changed my mind. I want that instead of a replicator.
Assuming I can't answer "A starship". Transporter. "Hey buddy, are you in the mood for Chinese food or Italian food?" "Hmm... Italian". "Entering coordinates for Italy." *zrrn* A fully holographic entertainment system is feasible. One that presents a full tactile experience with forcefields is not.
Perhaps the question is more interesting, if you limit the choices and leave out jack of all trades devices. Otherwise we all opt for the industry replicator Mark XII-2B92 with rear spoiler!
Assuming it would be economically practical, even if only for longer trips, I'd choose a little shuttlepod. Small enough to fit in a large parking space, but big enough for whatever I could choose to buy. Only has two seats, I think, so sorry, can't give y'all a ride I've always fantasized about having my own helicopter or airplane, so this is ideal. And because of flight dynamics, I imagine it wouldn't make much time difference whether I was flying from Provo to Salt Lake City, SoCal, or the other side of the world. And it has a replicator. If that would be too expensive to use, I'll take Geordi's movie eyes. The VISOR is just too dorky, but I would spoon out my own eyes to have those bionic ones.
