American Food for Superbowl...

    I'm moving away from the coast coming up pretty soon here, and went to town on a bunch of seafood last night.

    I threw caution to the wind and ended up going full out.. I smoked two racks of baby back ribs and a salmon filet for my pescaterian daughter... I wonderful food coma was had by all...

    The blackout was good for a post dinner nap before it got wonky in the second half.

    I always forget the time difference between the east and west coasts when it comes to live sports. For us the Superbowl has always been an afternoon affair, ending right around dinnertime. It's hard to imagine the game starting later.
