It starts tomorrow night on Showcase in Canada. :bolian:

All syfy will say is that season 4 will come to its network in 2014. :wtf:

This next one isn't a "promo" per se.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q9WJ1seeaME

Think of it as Showcase's attempt to reassure its audience that Anna Silk after pregnancy is in even better "shape" than she was before pregnancy. :alienblush:

    [yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q9WJ1seeaME[/yt]

Either that OR Global Warming is more of a problem than we ever realized.

For those of us waiting till "next year"...

A con panel with most of the actors, one of whom "might" be considered a "spoiler"... so watch at your own risk.

It also includes a sneak peak of season 4 featuring our FAVORITE human! :techman:

Grr. That's frustrating after last season when we were getting episodes literally the day after their Canadian debut.

I know... I only had to "resist" the temptation to read the Canadian posters comments 1 day last season, now I have to be good for at least 2 months. :wtf:

IF I want to be good.

Here's another interview, this time with 3 actresses and the show's producer.

    [yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gxi_eDWyIU4[/yt]

Hmmm. This last interview seems to suggest that the different starting times for the season could be a "rights issue, but I'm not sure if he meant right in US and Canada or the rights in Canada vs UK. (The above interview was in the UK,)

    Here's another season 4 promo.

Yeah, I hate when the delay shows like this for so long between countries. This is one of my favorite shows, so it's going to drive me crazy knowing that it is airing in other parts of the world, and we have to wait to get it in the US. I had the same problem with Doctor Who, before they moved their releases closer.

Aw, man, that sucks. Well, at least we know there's a Season Four out there to be had, but I want my instant gratification now. :(

I don't think it's been mentioned on here yet that George Takei is going to be guest starring in the season premier. That should be a lot of fun.

Hell, I haven't even seen any of Season 3 yet but I'm still hanging around here risking all kinds of spoilers because I'm a succubus addict.

"Lost Girl: The Holonovel." (For those who think "Vulcan Love Slave" is a little too trashy.)

    The first episode was magnificent.

    The dancing was incredible.

There's also a companion warm up episode where the cast sit around talking answering questions and screening webisodes.

^ I read an interview with the EP about the dance scene. Neither Kris Holden-Reid nor K.C. Collins have ever done any sort of even semi-professional dancing. So it was quite a challenge for them. I presume the whole thing was a piece of cake for Ksenia Solo though, considering she used to be a ballerina. Plus she was in Black Swan. ;)

Me, too. Come on, Sciffy! :scream:

They must be waiting for their Werewolf show to be ready, so they can pair them up.

Actually it's the Canadian Network Space's werewolf show, but I get your point.
It baffles me how Syfy can promote all of these foreign shows as "Syfy Originals". I always thought that for something to be a network's "original" show, it had to be something that they produced themselves or something that was airing on that network before it aired anywhere else.

Nah. American cable networks have been importing foreign shows for only a small fraction of the production costs and promoting them as "originals" for at least two decades. A&E used to do this all the time with their miniseries and movies in the mid-90s.

I must have successfully scrubbed Defiance from my short term memory.

    So much for that.

Yeah, like Harvey said, if they're the first to air it in the United States it's an "original." But I'm glad it's Canadian; I hope it's in a similar style to Lost Girl.
