your favorite standalone novel?

    I've been thinking about it, and I've made myself a little list of some of my current stand-alone favorites.

    TLE: The Buried Age - by Christopher L. Bennett
    Q & A - by KRAD
    Articles of the Federation - by KRAD

    ...and my favorite right now,
    Indistinguishable From Magic - by David McIntee.

    Honourable mention to TLE: The Art of the Impossible - by KRAD, as it informs a lot of the Klingon books that come after it, but they are not really sequels at all. :klingon:

    DS9: Fallen Heroes is my favorite stand alone.

    I'm reading the Kindle version and it is just a complete train wreck. Numerous spelling errors and in a couple spots just random alpha-numeric characters in the middle of words.

    I like Crossroad by Barbara Hambly.As a standalone nove also Final Reflection.also Star Trek Inception.
