Gosh, I didn't know Aneta Corsaut was on Star Trek! But pictures don't lie, eh?

Well, I guess if Gomer Pyle could be a US Marine, Helen Crump could be a Starfleet yeoman, eh?

 

This is not supported by IMDB (or anything else I can find). Unless you can give us the episode & scene, it looks like pictures do lie (which is consistent with what we already knew).

Actually, besides appearing on the same backlots, she has 2-degrees of separation from Star Trek. In 1961, she appeared in an episode of Harrigan and Son, which starred Trek Guest Roger Perry.
