After an evening of canoodling with Supergirl he discovers it is the Kryptonian male that becomes pregnant. This causes him to reevaluate his human raised self-image so that he finally comes to understand his image as a male has been self deception and he becomes the first major transgender superhero?

Doubt it, more likely just more of the same. Doomsday, the arch brick, is back. Something new? That would be new.

Doomsday is in the Lobdell story though so he likely won't be in the Johns run.

No, the Marvel Family was on Earth-S pre-Crisis. In the post-52 multiverse, Earth-5 was the closest equivalent to the original Earth-S.

You know that you are probably arguing over fonts, right?

I could see how that's possible with comic book lettering.

However, no, it's well established that pre-Crisis there were Earths that had letter rather than number designations, like S (for the Fawcett heroes) and X (for the Quality heroes). Oddly, the Charlton characters were on Earth-4.

What were the letter designations for Earth 2 with the Justice Society, or Earth 3 with the Crime Syndicate?

    Well that's tragic.

Cocking up at your job so consistently, that they had to create an entire new universe to hide your body of work inside.

I thought that Bob Hanley had the right idea - Sgt. Rock and Batman couldn't have fought together in WW2 ? - well I don't just a shit, that's the story I want to tell.

Yeah, bummed about that, too. Was the last New52-book I was reading. This leaves me "Adventures of Superman" as the last monthly comic title from DC on my pull list.

Those two didn't have letter designations. There's neither rhyme nor reason to how the infinite Earths were labeled pre-Crisis.

And I think Earth-B is where Bob Haney's work all took place, especially his Brave and the Bold work. So, "Batman digs this day!" happens on Earth-B.

Red Lanterns is probably the best Green Lantern book right now.

I can't imagine ever saying this, but really how Soule worked Guy into the RLC and the lanterns as part of his supporting cast was very well done.

Seriously? I dropped Red Lanterns pretty damn quick and haven't touched it since. Of course, I'm not very into any of the GL books since Johns left. I'm reading out of inertia.

That's the problem with dropping a book because it sucks 6 months before a creative overhaul that makes it fantastic.

I just find the very concept of the Red Lanterns to be uninteresting, much as I like Guy Gardner. And those early issues starring Atrocious and the girl with the eff-me boots were just terrible.
