There is no honor in blunt, soft earrings that do not challenge the integrity of the lobes!

They were adorable one and half inch long silver batleths on hooks. I got them on ebay but the seller who sells tens of thousands of sci fi merch hasn't had them in years. I lost them somewhere or other.

    The unwritten 287th Rule:

"A Klingon insults, then a Ferengi profits from the insult."

It's either that or "don't eat a Lean Pocket with chocolate milk." Either way, worth remembering.

...that hybridization would produce either be some sort of inept mercenary or an incredibly belligerent shopkeeper.

belligerent barkeeper, definitely! But with the lobes for business.

teacake, I PMed you the link to a pair of sword-of-Kahless earrings. Maybe you like the design.

I think the Vorlon brand of scampering is when someone visits them unexpectedly and they zip back into their shells at warp 9.

    I often forget there's still a Commodore's Lounge.

^ Same. Considering I've had access to the AL for around 95% of my time here. That is quite a long time.

The first few lounges are fairly easy to breeze throgh, esp when the show was on the air and we had new episodes to discuss.

I miss the time when I would get promoted and there would be a new forum. There was a sense of that new forum smell, and it kept the whole board fresh from time to time. Considering the Admiral's Lounge was the last one (And there is nothing wrong with that, mind you) it just feels different. Also, I tried to see what goes on in that forum and even the Premium forum and it's not really a lot.

Very true. I was already in the AL, once I reached Rear Admiral. This was back in the days when the Rear Admirals were part of the AL. Took me less than 6 months.
