Drake's my favourite - I still can't believe Jerome from Robson & Jerome has become such a screen badass as Drake in this, and as Bronn in Game Of Thrones... Apparently he's happy to prop up the bar with fans as well.
The first season was broadcast four weeks after the UK debut. Assuming BBC America wants a Saturday night slot for the show (as they did for the first season), the earliest we'd see it would probably be November 30th, as they have Torchwood: Miracle Day running to the 16th and certainly a primetime repeat of "The Day of the Doctor" on the 23rd.
Drake is also my favorite character. Of the main trio, Jackson would be my least favorite. I don't have any problems with Reid, but I'd love an episode that in some way dealt with Reid's real-life interest in ballooning.
Sunday, December 1st. Which I suppose makes a weird bit of sense matching up with the UK airing moving from Sundays (as in season 1) to Mondays - both countries are moving one day along.
And it's pretty good so far. A little more humourous, actually, and covering some familiar tropes from the chosen guest theme, but still up to standard! Drake is the best...
Fuck me, I was just thinking "hey, there should be a Paternoster Gang/Ripper Street crossover, for fun with Drake and Strax," when I realised a moment ago that we've almost got it- "Raine" in tonight's episode is Neve McIntosh, who plays Vastra!
