Damn. I just looked at the 6inch figures on Amazon, and as much I would love to get a Rocket, I don't know if I can justify spending almost $30 on something like that.

^Just wait. Hasbro has made the idiotic move of making almost the entire team one per case. Only Star Lord and Iron Man are at two per case. These will become more widespread over the next couple of months, and the rest of the wave will be easier to find. Right now they're all getting snapped up by the scalpers and sold for the higher prices that you see. That's not actually Amazon.

Does one per case mean only one in each box they're shipped in?
If so, I'll just hope that I'm the one to stock them, so I can try and hide one until I get off my shift.

Hi guys! I'm kinda new here and I wanna ask you guys about the upcoming film Guardians of the Galaxy. With the introduction of Nova Prime and Rhomann Dey on this film is Marvel heading for a Nova movie in the future with this because it will be so cool!

Not as far as I know, but Agent Carter got a spin off series from Captain America, so ultimately it will be decided by popularity and opportunity.

The tracking on GotG is estimating an opening weekend in the $68-$70 million dollar range.

^ That's pretty impressive! I guess the Marvel brand at this point is almost like Pixar in that people get really excited about a new Marvel movie even if they've never heard of the characters before. The cool trailers and positive buzz also help, of course.

Kinda annoyed that sofar, almost all of the Marvel movies opened earlier in the Netherlands than they did in the US. The Winter Soldier was a week earlier. And now we're two weeks behind.

That is exactly what it means. Good luck.

Yes, I believe all the movies except for CapAm1 were released in Europe at least a week earlier than the US.

I wonder what they've spent on marketing because this thing has been everywhere you look.

Here comes the reviews:

Reviews are coming in

http://behindthepanels.net/review-gu...of-the-galaxy/

10/10
Bottom Line: There are some comics that are just made for the big screen, and Guardians of the Galaxy pops straight out of the panels. A crazy concept pays off in spades as the latest superhero team to join the big leagues shows the rest how it’s done. It is hard to imagine a more perfect comic adaptation, or a straight-up more enjoyable film, than this.

4/5
Guardians of the Galaxy is another triumph for Marvel Studios. Many will not know much about the comic book it is based on going in, but be sure that afterwards plenty will be talking about the movie with much enthusiasm.
