Just some stuff i've drawn recently, thought you peoples might like a look. Also figured i should do something more than making occasional stupid remarks in the miscellaneous section :D

slightly pre TOS design, perspective probably not quite right, but its a nice distraction from doing university work. ship named after a film critic.

more stuff to come at some point!

Very interesting, I'm sure Mark would approve. Or not, he's a bit grumpy. I like a lot of the styling cues on this one, the only thing that doesn't sit quite right for me is the nacelle pod. Maybe having the arms mount to the centre of the pod rather than the very bottom? Anyway, nice work and some great ideas here.

I keep trying to interpret that as a quiff!

maybe rotate the nacelle pod 90 degrees so they sit next to each other as opposed to one above the other?

I like it, really well done. Would like to see more of what you may have!

Like the above poster mentioned, the nacelles flipped around might help balance it out (in my mind anyway!)

with the nacelles i deliberately put them like that. wanted to try something new.

would probably look more balanced if the nacelles were rotated it but i don't fancy drawing that again from scratch

I like it a lot, but I kinda agree with The Axeman that the nacelle pod would look better if it sat lower with the arms mounted more centrally. OR, if they were left were that are, but the actual points of connection to the pod were beefed up just a little, so that they "felt" like they could keep their attachment connected there even against the sheering stress of higher speeds. (Of course, depending on materials, they might be fine as is, but they just don't look it to me.)

One thing I would NOT do is turn the pod to have the nacelles side by side. I like them this way. It's exciting! ;-)

I like it! Very different from what we've all seen before. It has familiar elements, but nothing is really reused, all original takes on the shapes.

Also, I love your drawing skills!

    And more

vaguely defiant-ish sort of ship. wanted it to look like it'd fit in with star trek online ships for a change. it sort of reminds me of something but i can't remember what..

bad photoshoppery of the reds and blues and doing writing in a curved perspective is hassle.

also i like topside deflectors. no idea why.

These actually remind me of Atolm's artwork, and that's a definite complement.

cool designs. both look federation but both look like new designs as well. not rehashed parts.

always nice to see designs that don't start with the weapons systems first. :)

wouldn't mind seeing more views of either...
