What If: Captain Riker of the USS Voyager

I give no figs if any Rikers ever get the captain's chair so I wouldn't be one of those people.

 

Do you think that Captain LaForge could have saved the day come the climax of The Best of Both Worlds after Picard checked out?

 

I've never complained about Riker's competence.

He's a very competent arrogant putz.

I did the math once to work out if the distance between teen Picard and Beverly (measured in years) was less or more that the distance between old Picard and Beverly (measured in years) and the results (not that I recall them) were close?

Captain Neelix was a Captain the whole time.

 

I'm beginning to suspect that had Riker become a part of the VOYAGER crew, he and Janeway would've undoubtedly become lovers, eventually. To my chagrin! I'm certain that "they" would've served Riker thus ... and Frakes would've just gone right along with it, too, because ... he's an actor.
