So I need 1000 youtube views for a victoria sponge cooking video (not me) by the end of the week. I need some serious Trekkie help. If you could view and like that would be great! http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ga4E6AtYQBU
I haven't cooked a jam sponge for many a year. How come he is using imperial measures for the recipe but metric for the oven temperature? I will have to convert 6oz to grams than I. Can use his recipe.
If it's an older receipe it might be in imperial, but if he's using a newer oven then it's probable that it'll use celsius.
I know it seems something as simple as a youtube view but really, it would help if you posted a bit about yourself and why you need the views for this video. I'm not a huge fan of people who aren't active in this community coming in here and posting for help but even a little effort would go a long way.
^ Well, he's been a member since 2001, and even though he has a board rank of captain, only 4 posts show up. His last post before this one was over a year ago and involved trying to sell off 100 Star Trek paperbacks. Apparently he's been posting only once a year if that much.
I am surprised that he has imperial scales which don't look all that old. I am not sure the last time I saw non-vintage imperial scales for sale here but it must be at least 30 years though, to be honest, I haven't actually looked for them.
Four posts. Four. In the span of thirteen years. There's a difference between "taking a break" and "only coming to this place to hawk my stuff."
He has more than 900 posts but only the last 4 are recent enough for us to look at now. He must have been active at on stage, maybe when he first joined in 2001 (?).
I had to look it up on Wikipedia. Apparently it's some kind of dessert. So he wants 1000 views so he can get free dessert.
It's a plain sponge cake with a Jam and cream filling with a dusting of icing sugar on the top. Named after Queen Victoria.
I thought it might be a species of sessile marine animal found off the southeast Australian coast. Or what Victoria's Secret models use to apply body makeup.
looks delicious. I'm going to look for a recipe in measurements here. Thanks for sharing. Cute little dog. Me too. Yum! I was thinking along those lines too.
Well, you got my view. I didn't actually watch it, I just opened another window and let it play while I watched baseball highlights in another window.
