Rather than linking to FB again, and I can’t link to the specific thread anyway. The stories based after Londo’s death. Don’t know what jms is looking at – and it’s no doubt splitting hairs – but as far as I can see they don’t claim “this is non-profit and thus not infringement” as jms suggests.

Re: Babylon 5 (fanfic) audio drama – and it’s been going on for a whil I'm very old, good friends with Tony Lunn the creator of Novo Babylonia. He is very sadden by JMS reaction to this. Talking about it this morning, he's really worried about receiving a cease and desist letter from Warner Brothers. Until then he intends on carrying on, should be releasing a new episode soon. Be on the look out.
