I'm not sure if this has been addressed, but do we know yet if the accelerator is going to be the origin point for all of the superpowers in the show.
That seems to be the implication, but if Barry's mother is killed by the same person as in the comics, which did seem to be the implication in the trailer, then I'm assuming some metahumans would have to predate the explosion.

I just looked up the character, and now I understand. I didn't know the story, just the identity of the person who killed Barry's mother in the comics.

Where/how did you see the premiere? I really want to see it...and I have a feeling this is family show (as opposed to Gotham which is at the 7PM CST hour)

 

It leaked online. Some people have availed themselves of it through less than legal means.

 

It's online, but not a very good copy. You might as well just wait for the official premiere in glorious HD.

 

You got it from an asshole then, because I watched the pilot on a 42 inch flat screen and it was perfect.

The episode was dropped online 3 months ago Morpheus.

 

I think I mentioned this earlier, but at this point it is obvious that these pilots are released intentionally to promote the show. It is good viral marketing.

 

Speaking of viral marketing: any signs of in-universe websites yet?

 

DC has already released two digital Flash comics set in the Arrowverse.

Looking forward to the show. I plan to re-watch the 90s pilot before next week's premiere.

 

I was watching First Wave last night, and this actress I am drawn to popped up, but I can never remember where she is from, so every couple years I revisit her IMBD Listing.

Sometimes when I shut my eyes, we have been living happily ever after together for years.

 

For a lot of you, the show resumes next week. For the rest of us, it starts tonight.

 

That all depends if they are airing exactly the same pilot.

Who knows what changes have been made in the last 5 months since I saw it first?

 

Maybe I should've watched the pilot online. The TV listings say it runs 3 minutes long, encroaching on Agents of SHIELD. I think I'll have to DVR AoS and watch it with a slight time lag until I catch up in the commercial breaks.

 

^ Yeah, I hate when they do that.

So, I turn on the TV just before 8PM and what's the first thing I see? The tail end of a Big Bang Theory rerun and Sheldon in a Flash costume.
