    But here goes

What is in the pipeline for Trek as a television concern, as I cant get my head round the latest film stuff ?

Are the producers of previous incarnations in talks about a new Star Trek crew, or maybe a resurrection of Enterprise set a few years further on ?

Surely it cant be the end for televised, weekly format Star Trek ?

Possibly an animated series by the folks writing the current movies. That's pretty much it...

Don't hold your breath for anything official.

But you might want to check out the unlicensed Star Trek: Renegades project, which if successful may even spawn a fan-funded series. Many Voyager actors are reprising their roles www.startrekrenegades.com

And even that has been "in talks" for the past year or so. There ain't any real activity there.

I thought the most asked Trek question was if Nicole DeBoer has done nude scenes and if so, when and in what movies/shows?

    Boy was I off, apparently.

I thought the most-asked question was: "Is that really Ricardo Montalban's chest?"

The most-asked question has to be: "Why are people still bald in the future?"

heh, I saw the thread title and it made me start thinking about very very asked questions, some of which have been mentioned.

These are actual questions real life people have asked me:

Why did they get rid of Kes?

How come everybody can understand each other?

Are that Borg chicks boobs real?

    Why did Enterprise get cancelled?

Don't you think that TNG is far superior to all that stuff that came after it? (I've been asked this many times, in some cases TOLD this LOLOL)

Is there going to be a new movie?

How 'bout that Captain Kirk eh? (referring to women, of course)

I can't think of a single question or comment anyone has made to me about DS9.

Because in the future, they don't care.

    Unless they're an EMH.

Oh well these are people in the street type questions I've been asked. I think the Borg Baby question isn't something that occurs to people who would never ask it on a message board.

And damn we haven't been asked that in a long time over in VOY land.. but Lien getting fired is always with us.

DS9 never really entered the public consciousness.

In High School, I used to get a fair number of questions about ST: Enterprise (Trip was considered cool) for the first two seasons. That's when it was episodic. Once the Xindi arc started and you couldn't watch every other or every third episode and keep up, general interest faded.

Still occasional received questions on who was rubbing whose feet !!!!

    :)

The Borg Baby is in the Laurentian system. This has been proven.

What happened to Troi's accent? :wtf:
(indeed, there are many Troi enigmas)

Why are the pre-TOS Romulans wearing post-TNG uniforms? :scream:

Simple: Budget. Paramount had a bunch of good costumes kicking around after Nemesis and when Enterprise decided to bring in Romulans, rather than make new outfits they decided to use those other costumes that had only been used once in a movie no one saw.

Also, the Xindi-Reptiles in season 3 wear modified Reman costumes.
