I know it's been a while since I last posted, but life's kept me busy, but I have a trivia question for everyone, and forgive me if this has been brought up before. What current world leader was on an episode of Voyager before taking over the reigns of government? And what episode was s/he in?

Hey everyone, Sorry I haven't responded sooner, but life's been pretty busy for me...and soon to get busier. You are correct. I was re-watching Voyager and came across that episode and thought I had recognized him, so I looked him up and sure enough, that was him. Yes, this is the reason he didn't get any lines, he wasn't a member of SAG.
