Shatner&friends international fan club - still exists?

Found this fan club at official Shatner's site.

They have page to pay&join. Seems to me, they still accept payments.
Is it really official and honest fan club organisation?

Well, just from looking at the website and the forum, it all seems pretty new. The forum only has 54 registered members.
I would contact or look up all what it costs and what your supposed to get from it before actually paying for anything.

Fascinating...
Despite of bad technical condition, errors, missed backgrounds on web-pages this club works! They accept new members (I found some fresh mentions on the Net).

An good example of how Mr. Shatner and Mr.Nimoy differ from each others.
Shatner is very emotional and his site is... so to say, not well organized.
The Nimoy's official site (shop) is quite professional and without any obvious technical errors.
