I think Seven was a more interesting character than Kes, so in that sense I'm happy that they were swapped.

I personally think her attractiveness was overstated. She has a nice body but those huge German bug-eyes just don't do it for me.

- I couldn't agree with you more.

Scorpion was the first episode that I saw of Voyager and I came into the show when her character first showed up. I didn't like the time that her character monopolized away from the rest of the characters. And with the initial need to have her on the show as a sex object didn't help. Eventually they actually made her an interesting character and I did warm up to her.

Boy, you said it. Once I got past her Fun Bags and realized that yeah, she actually has a head, those eyes would ruin the effect! I think Jennifer Lien is a very attractive pixie, however. I love her in that little bob cut of hers, especially. And when she bats her Baby Blues at the camera, oh, yes her eyes do it for me ... they do, indeed!

That's what I like about Jeri. She is unusual looking, and beautiful. She's interesting to look at.

I remember her on Boston Public, surrounded by all this grime and chaos, she was as a goddess

She was very appealing as the temp con artist on LEVERAGE.

Re: Did You Like Seven Of Nine?

I haven't seen Leverage yet.. but she was super slashy on the O.C. (also a con artist).

I think she and Kate were massively underused one Warehouse 13. The characters needed more pizzazz.

Re: Did You Like Seven Of Nine?

Leverage was cancelled sooooooooooooooooooooo long ago.

The personal stuff is great, the stings are excellent, but how they find their marks is sometimes a little silent black and white, tied to the rail way tracks moustachio twirly.

Actually, it was only about a year ago.

But did I mention there were books?

(Sadly, Ryan's character does not appear in mine, since she was only a semi-regular.)

Re: Did You Like Seven Of Nine?

Regardless of how one views her attributes, 7 of 9's sense of humour is very dry and she can be very charming, as well ... although, not always knowingly, on her part. Kirk would be the perfect choice to break the ice with this buxom borg. He's got the proper pedigree ... and résumé ... and he'd be fit for the challenge! I suppose it was only a matter of time before STAR TREK brought these two - seemingly - polar opposites together. It will be kind of interesting to read the fan reactions, after having heard about this book here, first ... they do seem keen.

Re: Did You Like Seven Of Nine?

Jeri was in two episodes of Boston Legal.

It was a fantastic cluster of perfect moments.

Re: Did You Like Seven Of Nine?

I was unaware of these facts, sir! Very interesting how Jeri and The Shat seem to share this common bond! It seems like a winning combination, if all that I've heard is true ...

Whut?

I don't know what ethnicity Jeri Ryan is, but Annika Hansen is Swedish. And she is NOT bug-eyed.

I didn't like her voice.

Re: Did You Like Seven Of Nine?

No, bug eyed is accurate.

She's the Anti-Renee Zellweger.

Jeri Ryan is German, she was even born in Munich.

I'm not sure how you can disagree with the bug-eyed description. To me, her eyes make her look like a human version of a Boston Terrier.
