I think you just gave me my new desktop! :bolian:

Ben Affleck found out just how BIG those shoes are, that he's trying to fill!

I liked this quote from the above article.

San Francisco police Chief Greg Suhr said today, "It was really unbelievable. The best part about it is, although the little guy had to get sick to get better ... there was no catastrophe, nobody had to die for all these people to show up to spectacularly support his victory."

    This was "nice" too.

...and so many donations poured in to the Make-a-Wish foundation that its website crashed. :bolian:

I also love the last line in this article...

    http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2013/11/15/batkid-san-francisco/3588173/

...that explained how a planned interview with the Batkid at the end of the day was canceled because even Superheroes need a nap. :mallory:

Here's 2 of the role playing scenarios, with audio track after a silent beginning.

And here's the explanation as to why there were TWO Batmobiles.

    Batkid had his own!

And the key to the city was chocolate!

I must be really strange... but the idea of a "Hollywood" version of Batkid, even one with the lovely JR is really disappointing to me. :sigh:

Give me REALITY! :bolian:  :bolian:

The poster is from 11/13, not from any new Hollywood production.

I had the same thought. I want to see the documentary. The actual events are too good to be recaptured. They are going to have to cast a young boy to play him. Not going to be easy. Or is it really going to be about the parents and every thing around him.

    A normal life? :vulcan:

As normal as one pint sized superhero can lead, I guess.

Hurray to Miles Scott in defeating a truly devious super villain!

Morpheus 02 and Turtletrekker like this.
