Thing is the friends and co-workers that have said they've seen it and/or watch it are only watching it to see how Nashville and the residents are portrayed. Not that they care about the story lines. Is Hollywood making the city to look low rent and the passing comments of out dated cliches or what have you.

Seems for the most part they are aware we have indoor plumbing, wear shoes and don't date our 1st cousins or run moonshine on weekends.

I watched most of the first half of Nashville's first season. Fairly entertaining soapy stuff and Connie Britton is always fun (and Hayden Panitierre was entertaining for the most part). Plus including a Civil Wars song during the pilot was awesome. Still, lost interest over time, just too many other shows I was watching. No idea who Chloe Bennett was on there...
