Farscape Blu-ray on sale (again)

FS Blu-ray is on sale at Amazon at the moment, only $61.99

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...64500_32350840

I think it's been this low maybe once before, but I didn't buy it then. I did buy it now, however.

That's a damned good price. I paid at least $75.00 a season (And more, I believe) for my DVDs

Re: Farscape Blu-ray on sale (again)

Price has dropped yet again and is now only $54.99. What a deal.

Short review: I have my copy at this point and am watching it- I think the restoration is pretty darn good, considering it was sourced and upscaled from the PAL master and not film. I'd been watching the series with my GF who has never seen it before, and the Blu-ray is a definite upgrade over the A&E DVD sets we had been watching. It's nowhere near the level of the TNG remasters but then again, look how much cheaper it is. Color, contrast, and sharpness are all noticeably improved over the DVD version.

Plus the Blu-ray set has subtitles, which the Region 2 DVDs didn't, and the sound is better anyway. But, yes, where are the frelling PKW?
