FYI, Revelation And Dust is available at bol.com...

Meaning that other online retailers might have it available for ordering as well.

^The paperback version there is only $4.79. If I hadn't gone %100 digital I would be tempted to do the pre-order.

I never order at Bol.com, because they priced the books too high in my opinion.
I always order my books at amazon.uk.

I not only ordered Revelations and Dust at that price, I also pre-ordered The Crimson Shadow and The Poisoned Chalice at that price as well.

Here in the States, the paperback is almost out. I checked the B&N website and the store button is up now. Still waiting for them to have it available.
