I had about the last 10 episodes accumulated on the PVR and watched them within a few days. Watching them all back-to-back like that was a great way to finish the season. I'm looking forward to Season 2!

Yea, I watched the first couple live and recorded it all season, and watch them all straight through in a week, right after the last episode aired. I thought it was great seeing the entire season Marathon style.

Did the same thing with recording Defiance all season long, be watching it soon, but, not as excited about Defiance. I hope I'll enjoy it, but, I'm certainly not counting on it.

I know what you mean. I've watched the first two episodes of Defiance and have my doubts. The rest are sitting on my PVR so I'll give a few more episodes a go and see if my opinion changes.

According to The Wrap, we will be seeing Black Canary next season. It won't be Laural Lance though.

"The Pact" star Caity Lotz is set to play the Black Canary on The CW's "Arrow," TheWrap has learned.

While the Black Canary will start out as a recurring role, Lotz is expected to eventually become a series regular, as her character will be groomed as a love interest for Arrow (Stephen Amell).
The article goes on to imply that the character will be Dinah Drake.

ETA: Turns out they are making Arrow action figures. These were on display at Comic-Con:

I was hoping that Laurel would become Black Canary and I'm sure the actress who plays her thought the same. Oh well.

Well casting someone else as Black Canary and then keeping Laurel on the show would seem to make no sense. This show is also getting pretty female heavy which I have no problem with. Now can we please get the Question on this show.

Yeah, that does seem a bit strange. Unless they have her take up the mantle of Black Canary after her tragic demise.

Also, I would love to see The Question on screen. It was one of my favourite comics in the 80s.

Ironically, I think if they tried to do The Question some might think the character is a rip off of Rorschach from Watchmen.

Hrmmm, may be right. Will have to investigate.

Didn't they make a point on the show of mentioning Laurel's middle name was Dinah?

Yeah, it did seem questionable, with no source on their part.
