You've probably seen the amazing fake trailer for the 50th Anniversary episode (if not watche it here:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YD997i_89RM) and now here's the behind-the-scenes look at how it was put together. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HZXP9FMm9w4 And I have to say that's more impressive work than goes into most episodes of the real series.
I dunno, when it comes to lighting, or the endless filters, some episodes do those a bit poorly. I know the show can't afford that much time spent, but there's heavy variance in quality between episodes. Most of it down to on-set lighting though, but part of less impressive cinematography nevertheless.
I'm surprised people were taken in by the trailer. The dead giveaway that it was fake was the date given at the end. It was written American style, month date year. That said, I liked it. The creator of the trailer has a lot of talent.
I have no idea what the artist intended, but I saw many friends on Facebook share it yesterday believing it was the authentic trailer.
