Re: River Song Day!

Actually I've been thinking and I'm afraid an entire spin off set in Victorian London with Vastra, Jenny, Captain Jack and River Song would probably break tv forever because of its awesomeness. It could be dangerous.

How about TORCHWOOD: TIME POLICE?

It can be based in Victorian London, but they can also time travel around to other times and places...solving time crimes.

A series with Jack and River teaming up with Vastra's gang?

Jack: "Hey, ladies. Captain Jack Harkness."
River: "I don't think you're their type, Jack. If you know what I mean." (Winks)
Jack: "How about the Sontaran? I know some things about probic vents..."

Me too. I think it would be hilarious.

Give us a miniseries at least!

Yes, but all the focus would be on River and Jack with Vastra and co. as background players. /wet blanket

Well, for the bulk of the story, split everyone up. Have River with Vastra and Jenny, and Jack with Strax. Mainly so you can have this scene:

For some reason, a woman strips her clothes off in front of Jack and Strax.
Jack: "Oh boy!"
Strax: "Ah, so this one is a boy."

Re: River Song Day!

The adventures of Jack and River AND Vastra, Jenny and Strax? I think the only reason this hasn't happened is because the universe (both fictional and real) can't handle that level of awesomeness.
