Gina Torres. I love her voice.

Now in STTMP: we heard a female voice over when McCoy asked Kirk "Permission to come aboard?" and Kirk didn't say anything. I don't think that was Majel's voice, but it was clear. The woman who did the computer voice in Andromeda Strain--or if you must have a mascuine voice, perhaps the man who did the countdown on Oldfield's Songs from Distant Earth.

It should be Shatner, of course.

I think that was Janice Rand (speaking from behind the glass partition).

In another thread like this, I said I'd like to hear either Gina Torres or Amanda Tapping. However, upon further consideration, I think my first choice would be Claudia Black.

I'm pretty sure it's Rand.

That was Transporter Chief Janice Rand, IIRC, not a computer voice.

Ah, already answered.
