Jespah, may I borrow your hubby? I'd love to have a man who can cook (and do the dishes ) And could we get a pic of those daffodils, please? I hear the Canadians still have snow and I bet they could do with something pretty to cheer them up....
Where should I send him? But make sure he's home tonight.

More importantly, where do you live? and is he single? or can I come over just to watch?

BTW, Everyone tells me I am a great cook. My true love always loved my cooking. These days, I just cook for the grandchildren, best friend's children and Mom's medical staff.

What a cool idea to do this!
I have 8 healthy children with 12 healthy amazing grandchildren! Snow is melting, heard woodpeckers this morning, watched birds gather twigs & such for nests & heard geese flying NORTH! I love the sound of geese flying north!

I'm in Bavaria. Unless you happen to live in Europe it'll be a problem to return him in time. Does he have a brother, by any chance?

1 hour drive from MUC airport. You're welcome to stay with me for a bit. Or I could try to take a photo of him next time he's out in the sun (today it's rainy, though). If you're in LA, I could arrange a meeting, occasionally. He goes there once a year on business. And he's single

have you heard Muts Swans fly? I think they sound even better! Their feathers give a singing sound, much like that of an Aeolian harp.

My good thing today: the coffee machine in my office broke down just in time for the lunch break - and I always drink tea, heeheee

hey Australis! *hugs* Long time no see! Awesome isn't exactly the first word that came to my mind. My first one was "cute!!"
*hugs* Good to see you!

Why I think that's awesome: In front of the portrait of Abraham Lincoln... the first black president holds a black child.

We are in the Brighton section of Boston, actually (less than 10 miles from all the action; walking distance to the capture, eek). And, sadly, he has no brother.

I'll see about daffodil pics when I go out walking today. I will be the woman stuffing a box with an old cable modem in it, into a too-small UPS pickup box opening. Should be good for the application of several colorful idioms.

Saw a male cardinal outside the front window a few days ago. They mate for life and I did not see his missus, so I think he was on the make. I had no idea the roof of my porch was a pickup joint for birds.

Congrats! No doubt about it, a happy time for your and your fiance. Treasure it!!

I came home last night after being away for a few days. My neighbors had already gone to sleep and one of their cats was outside. She knows me and came over meowing, looking for some comforting. Gave her a good long 10 minute scratch-n-rub while she purred like a lawn mower, and it definitely seemed to lighten her mood. I felt good too... love animals, especially when they warm up to me.

Daffodil pics! I am a lousy photographer and a rather Darwinian gardener.

Daughter had her 6th birthday party last night. Friends, family, booze and putting together a Barbie dream house. Good times.

Atlanta Braves double header awaits me today after I get off work.
