Re: What Did You Have For Dinner Last Night?

My sweet and sour chicken-to-blood plasma ratio was definitely out of whack last night. I try to eat better, but man, when you're with a friend and dining on Chinese all that goes out the window for about an hour.

Shashlik (lamb kebob), mashed potatoes, salad, and a combination of veggies (eggplant and I forget what else) at a Russian restaurant. I don't eat meat very often, but this lamb was absolutely heavenly.

The big Easter lunch. Honey glazed ham, potato caserole, sliced pineapple, string beans, rolls, pineapple and blueberry pies for dessert. Oh, lots of wine too.
