The line between Star Trek and Michael Bay's Transformers continues to disappear.
My god man, it's a woman in her underwear. I see more skin down at the lake.

Talk to Gene, he started it. TMP had the Illia probe in the shower (granted we didn't get to see anything) and running around the ship in a short little coat, was the Michael Baying Trek? Star Trek III probably jumpstarted the puberty of many of Trekkie with Valkeris tits. Star Trek V: Three titted cat stripper. TNG era Trek, come on do we even need to list 'em.

The one thing you choose to complain about is a gorgeous woman in her underwear?

That's hilarious. Well done, sport. I guess we can add virgin to the list.
The boobies! The Boobies! At least he didn't lens flair them.

Just noticed: They fixed the UK flags! They fixed the UK flags! Look closely. They fixed the UK flags! Compare the Super Bowl ad shot of the flags to the one in this trailer.
Yep, I posted a screenshot of the fixed flags in the previous page.
Sorry. I missed it. I was *ahem* paying attention to other screenshots on that page.
Shame on you

Hey, you can't blame him. The shot of Enterprise in spacedock was pretty sweet looking.

In 2009, I brushed off the people who called Uhura a sexist character after she stripped down to her bra and panties but now that I see another woman doing the same thing, I am beginning to see a pattern here.

Nu Trek does objectify women.
I seem to recall Kirk in his underpants in the scene with Gaila?

And yet you'll be the first in line, then you'll rush back here to tell us how awful it is.

Take a drive through the TN Smokies on a hot summer day and you're bound to see a few "natural assets" out on display from folk enjoying the summer. Same with lakes too.

Cumberbatch looks to be an amazing villain. The way he delivers his lines gives me chills.

He's just a really good actor. I was well pleased when they announced him as the new villain. He just sells the characters he plays.

Because of course, every single one of the above were necessary and valid plot points that were integral to the story.

I have my beef with NuTrek, but honestly, it's obvious she's changing into a space suit of some kind and Kirk is in the room and comments on her body - He's James T. Kirk. That shot is equally as valid as all the examples I've cited above.
Dac, you've been here more than long enough to know that images posted inline are to be hosted on your own web space or image-sharing account, and not hotlinked from space belonging to others. Please don't do that any more.

It's a money making shot for selling seeing the movie in 3D. [Inner 14 year-old] Just watch the hands go reaching up in the theater. [/Inner 14 year-old]
