DS9 Theme: One-Off Villains
Theme: Animal Mischief

You have 10 days to enter, until Feb. 25th.

Regular rules apply: 140 kb, 150x150 pix max size.

I must enter this contest as I have been lax before. Plus I'm long overdue my promotion to the Admiralty.

(Well, I sit on a chair all day making bad judgement calls and I might be insane, a perfect Admiral.

I dunno. My rationale was that the category is DS9 Theme, not Trek Theme...but I can replace it if told to.

He wasn't a villain in Second Chances though.
