It's real, there was a brief glimpse of it in the "Next week on Arrow" trailer at the end of the last episode.

I must be going blind, then. The missing head was bad enough, but it seemed barely possible the bow and her hand covered every bit of it. But try as I can I cannot figure out where they've put the legs, not to mention the unmentionable parts.

Um, What??? Oh, you mean on the table behind her. Blurry background + lots of stuff in the way = not seeing what you think you see.

ETA: if you zoom in, you can see he still has the green leather pants on. His legs go off to the right. Her arms/hands block the view of his head.

This raises a question I been wondering about for awhile now. Will any of the current cast, regular or recurring not return. Some of these characters have very specific storylines, which I wonder how they will be able to sustain.

When a show does surprisingly good so quickly like Arrow has, is it possible that the network throws more money at them as a reward for being awesome?

Almost never. If they are lucky their budget isn't cut as much at it normally would be.

Anyway, just saw the latest episode. They made Ollie and Diggle look incompetent just so that Felicity could save the day. Seemed a bit contrived.

Speed versus armour.

If they can't hit you, you don't need armour.

If you have armour, you can just stand there and take it.

The problem is that armour slows you down, so the best of both worlds just gets you killed, if your armour is too light to stop a bullet but just heavy enough to slow you down..
