Money George Lazenby Missed Out On By Turning Down 7 Bond Films

I am a huge Lazenby fan. I always wondered why his agent Ronan O'Rahilly told George to turn the Bond role down but never knew how much money they offered him per film and what he could have made in total. Well now I have found out and I have to say if I was George, I would have beat the living tar out of his agent who talked him out of it. Have a look at the offer and the money he cold have made. Lazenby is as much to blame for his decision. He had got caught-up in the London Underground and thought Bond was too "conservative" for his new-found image.

Babs has also suggested her dad didn't want him around either once he started growing out his hair band beard which is why he (Cubby) went crawling back to Connery even at at time the two couldn't stand being in the same room together.
