I just watched it, and I agree; it's a delightfully silly farce. It was one of the first Trek episodes I owned on home video, and I still have my laser disc (with "Metamorphosis" on the other side).

Just watched "Genesis" yesterday scary! Deanna is a lizard and Worf is some kind of lobster! And Riker was an ape smashing Picard's fish tank! It is funny to see how they would look

The Lights of Zetar -- Argh. I know that this was made in the 60's but sheesh...calling Lt. Romaine "the girl" constantly was fucking annoying.

I've just watched one of the best TNG episodes ever: Chain of Command. Patrick Stewart's performance in this episode is nothing short of magnificent.
