I like that the sofa in Picard's ready room was designed by Probert and built to slide out and turn into a bed, but it was never actually used that way.

Yeah. I think the chair popped up somewhere else (different show or movie outside of trek).

I was always fond of the standard "desk chairs" we see throughout the ship, most notably around the Observation Lounge table but I believe the same chairs also served as desk chairs in various quarters and in the Ready Room. IIRC, they're actual chairs that were available for sale in stores during the time the show was in production so I'm sure they could be bought.

I pick that char as my "favorite" but only because the Captain's Chair is too easy.
