Ununterscheidbar von Magie or Von Magie ununterscheidbar is kind of a stumbling block.

Well, it is of course a quote of Arthur C. Clarke's "Third Law" that "Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic." So the question would be, how is that phrase generally translated in German?

"Jede hinreichend fortgeschrittene Technologie ist von Magie nicht mehr zu unterscheiden."

That's where I got my proposal from, I just dropped the "mehr" from it to shorten it a bit.
