That's ok. I hardly ever comment on ship designs, but the uniqueness of your design was one I felt I needed to say a few words about.

Yep but i could care less what my post count is here or anywhere its not like the TrekBBS gives away Rank Pins and such hence why my avatar has one i did in MSPaint with a Avatar art someone i know Made for me

I think this design is actually real neat. A few things that might clean it up;
-I would move the saucer to be in line with the nacelles (The center of the saucer lines
up vertically with the center of the pylons.)
-I'd incorporate the two rollbars into one ring
-The broadside phasers look a little tacked-on the way they are now. Perhaps mounting them on a more substantial structure may help.
