Happy New Year everyone!

^That's a wish I have for you, your assignment, should you choose to enter, is to create an avatar that depicts this year: 2013.

Your hopes, your fears, your dreams, your fantasies are needed for this challenge, make it flashy, poetic or funny and make it without tv or movie content and within 150 × 150 pixels and below 140 kB.

It's not flashy or funny. It might be poetic depending on how you look at it. It's where I want to be right now; Boston. We honeymooned there.

I'm still waiting for confirmation for the teaching job just outside Boston.

My hope for 2013 is seeing my first novel published in print. I translated the title, since my guess would be most people wouldn't have understood "Mit Elfenstimme".
